Core Dental Studio provides transactional text message (SMS) notifications to our dental practice clients regarding dental lab case updates. These messages are strictly business-related and non-promotional.

Messages may include:

  • Case status updates and design confirmations

  • Requests for missing information (shade, bite registration, etc.)

  • Shipping and delivery notifications

  • Scheduling and due date reminders

  • Billing and parts-related communications

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the number of active cases. Typically, clients may receive 1–10 messages per week during active case processing. No recurring marketing messages are sent.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Core Dental Studio is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number on our New Client Registration Form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Core Dental Studio at the number provided.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.
