Core Dental Studio — Case Notification Text Program

Program Description

Core Dental Studio sends transactional text messages (SMS) to our dental practice clients regarding dental lab case updates. By enrolling in our text message program, you will receive messages including:
 

  • Case status updates and design confirmations

  • Requests for missing information (shade, bite registration, etc.)

  • Shipping and delivery notifications

  • Scheduling and due date reminders

  • Billing and parts-related communications


How to Enroll (Opt-In)

You may opt in to receive text messages from Core Dental Studio through any of the following methods:
 

  • New Client Registration Form: When establishing a new business relationship with Core Dental Studio, you will complete our New Client Registration Form. In the "Contact Information" section, there is a checkbox and disclosure stating:



"By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive text messages regarding case status, design approvals, and shipping updates from Core Dental Studio. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."

 

  • Verbal Consent: During your initial onboarding call with Core Dental Studio, our team will verbally confirm your consent to receive text messages and document this consent on file.



By opting in, you consent to receive transactional (non-marketing) text messages from Core Dental Studio at the mobile number you provided.


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the number of active dental cases. Typically, you may receive 1 to 10 messages per week during active case processing.
 

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Core Dental Studio is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

 

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time:
 


After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further texts will be sent.
